Enjoy a taste of Europe with the fine offerings of Chef Jan Kinds and his wife, Isabelle Roos. Chef Jan Kinds learned his craft growing
up in the family restaurant in his native Belgian town of Bruges.
Becoming an American restaurateur had been Kind's dream since childhood. He and Isabelle traveled the United States searching for just
the right spot to open a classy restaurant and found it in Spring Hill, Florida. Chef Kinds specializes in delicious Belgian cooking such
as Coquille St. Jacques, Dover Sole and Filet Mignon topped with traditional Belgian sauces. |

| In addition to the menu, we also offer an exciting selection of specialtie entrees like Mussels Provencal, Filet Mignon with Roquefort
Port Sauce, Pork with Apple Brandy Sauce, and Lobster Duglere. |

Everything is prepared under the careful supervision of Chef Jan. His wife Isabelle is your hostess for the elegant dining you will experience at Nouvelle Cuisine.
The restaurant opened in November 1999
and remained true to its vision: a precise and detailed recreation of the Belgian cuisine experience in Spring Hill, Florida. |
